Fort Worth Texas January 21 Mrs T M Brooks wife of a leading attorney was released on a $10 000 bond after being indicted yesterday for the murder of Mary Bin ford a saleswoman who was shot to death in a department store Monday The case centers on Brooks alleged involvement in the fatal shooting amid a local shopping district.
New Orleans reports almost continuous earth tremors recorded by the Loyola College seismograph since 3 PM yesterday. The vibrations are preliminary and may indicate a fearful disaster in some part of the world.
Mrs Nellie Allen age 21 shot and killed her father John B Boyer a wealthy planter at their home near Maysville after an exchange of about six shots. The incident occurred yesterday and followed a confrontation between the two.
