Mrs Thelma Clyde of West Monroe was hospitalized at St Francis Sanitarium after falling from a truck driven by S R Harris. She suffered brush bruises and a light skull fracture. Officials said she fell when she became ill and opened the truck door. She was rushed to the sanitarium for treatment.

Dr Grady Albritton Dies After Heart Attack at 55
Dr Grady C Albritton 55 dean of liberal arts at Southeastern Louisiana College died at Wiginton Memorial Hospital after a heart attack suffered last Friday. He had served Southeastern 13 years and previously taught at Northeast State College in Monroe. He was active in First Christian Church and survived by wife Addie Ulmer, whom he married in 1933.
