Bastrop January 9 J L Daniels father of Watt Daniels hooded band victim testified at the open hearing into masked attacks in Morehouse parish He said four Mer Rouge citizens were warned to leave or be killed He cited Joe Davenport who relayed the word Davenport said Captain Skipwith leader of the Ku Klux Klan in Morehouse parish ordered the warnings.
