Washington AP reports the Commission on Postal Service faces only three options to fix its deficits. In hearings, executive director David Minton cites rate increases, heavier taxpayer subsidies, or serious service reductions as the only feasible remedies with a March 15 deadline to deliver recommendations to Congress.
