Mrs. Daisey Russell Gray 86 widow of Dr. C P Gray Sr died early today at 1408 Island Drive Monroe after a long illness. Funeral 2:30 p m Saturday in Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel Monroe with Rev W D Boddie and Rev W Bradieyr Trimble officiating. Burial in Fosley cemetery West Monroe. She was a longtime Ouachita Parish leader in education culture and civic work and leaves a daughter Mrs Harry Lemert a son Dr CL P Gray III four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
