An executive committee of five parishes met to form a tentative survey for a proposed artillery training camp location in northeast Louisiana. Colonels Watkins and G M chief of staff will confer with parish officials in Ruston and nearby Friday. The plan includes a temporary city of 30 000 within a 3 by 2 mile area and a larger surrounding zone.
