Louisiana Blue Sky commission grants Delta Natural Gas stock issuance of 100000 to buy leases in Monroe gas fields. Delta, led by Dr. V. K. Irion and J. M. Booze, plans a 10 million to 5 million preferred and 5 million common issue, with 5 million common held in treasury.
