Percy H Hebert Jr a Tallulah Louisiana youth is accused of unauthorised speculation in government securities. Employed at J Griffin Studio the acts included misplacing a $50 Liberty Bond and stealing six War Savings Stamps among other items. He was arrested Wednesday morning and turned over to a probation officer. His father the deputy sheriff of Madison parish is aiding in the case.
