New Officers Elected to Ouachita 4-H Executive Council
Newly elected officers Carolyn Whitlock president Julius Waggoner vice president Carol Shipp secretary and Jimmy Shipp executive council representative were seated at a meeting in West Monroe. Plans for the Parish 4-H Achievement Day on April 28 and National 4-H Club Week in March 2011 were discussed along with upcoming queen selection and 4-H camp plans. A $50 boost from the Home Demonstration Council was announced to aid 4-H work in Ouachita parish.
