General Bartel seeks armistice talks between Ukrainian and Polish forces, conditional on Drohobyoz oil fields and pending peace conference decision.
In Rayville Se February 12 eleven jurors were selected for the murder trial of Cameron Cade. Judge John R McIntosh adjourned the session with extra talesmen exhausted and ordered a new venue of 30 jurors for tomorrow. Cade stands accused of killing Lieut F T Reichert.
Longshoremen on the TWeland Steel lines returned to work in New Orleans on February 13 after agreeing to submit back pay claims to the War Labor Board.
Paris Feb 13 The commission on Society of Nations resumes sessions with full attendance to receive the drafting committee report and hopes to reach final adjustments at today’s sitting. If realized a session of the conference may vote on the plan Friday.
