A federal grand jury indicted Spec. 4 Stephen G. Geden Dannie E. Kreps and Thomas M. Chase on four counts for conspiring with William B. Powers to blow up Camp McCoy facilities including an electric substation and water reservoir. Kreps and Chase allegedly stole explosives near LaCrosse Wisconsin.
