MANSFIELD La AP The arrest of Lester L Strong 43 of Shreveport in Elysian Fields Tex reportedly solves a two year old holdup at the Grand Cane bank in DeSoto Parish near Mansfield. Webb said Strong admitted two other bank robberies in East Texas Northwest Louisiana including jobs at Grand Cane and Joaquin Tex. About 1500 was taken in the Grand Cane raid. Strong is held on 1000 bond at Harrison County jail in Marshall Tex.
