Monroe Chamber Eyes Campaign to Fund New Hotel

Baptist Institute Dedication Friday in Dermott Arkansas
Several thousand Negro Baptists from southeastern Arkansas and northeastern Louisiana will gather in Dermott for the dedication and opening of the Southeast Industrial Baptist Academy three story brick dormitory and administration building. The $40,000 structure, completed days ago, replaces a frame building burned last year and includes electric lights water baths and modern conveniences.
