Chicago February 5 AP A multimillion dollar international counterfeit ring considered among the nations largest was broken up by secret service agents five Chicago men were seized with more arrests expected. About 2.2 million dollars in bogus ten and twenty dollar bills were produced over four years and found circulating from U S cities to London Paris and Rome. The ring may have forged over a million dollars in Cities Service Company bonds and involved the Sferas Printing Company owners James and Samuel Sferas. Ex convict William Skally top plotter and sales manager was arrested after taking marked bills for a large bogus payout. All five men remained in 10000 bond each for arraignment.
