Coroner's jury in Primero Colorado reports cause of the Colorado Fuel and Iron explosion remains unknown. At least seventy three men died with twenty one more believed trapped inside the Mine while sixteen bodies were sent to Trinidad for burial.

Clinton Grill and Paul Cecil testified to seeing Judson on McKowen s gallery and driving off in the buggy. The testimony focused on buggy tracks from the body site to the blacksmith shop. The hearing adjourned after witnesses were absent to complete the state s circumstantial case and will resume today.
