All Ouachita Parish Roads Restored After Heavy Rains
Ouachita Parish roads are now passable after severe rains and high water. Parish engineer S. M. Collins and road supervisor Fred M. Hill report shoulders rebuilt and gaps filled. State crews work on the Monroe to Archibald highway. an iron crossing at South Second Street was completed.
