CAPE CANAVERAL Fla The Army test launched a Jupiter IRBM from the missile test center last night and for about four minutes it looked successful before technical difficulties prevented a full flight. The Jupiter 60 foot missile aimed to deliver a nuclear warhead to 1500 miles distant with reports it might be an improved Jupiter 4. The Defense Department called the test a success but gave no range speed or accuracy details.
