Supreme Court Rules Wire Tapping Illegally Used in Three Trials
The U S Supreme Court reversed the convictions of Frank Carmine Nardone Nathan W Hoffman and Robert Gottfried for illicit liquor smuggling after ruling that evidence obtained by wire tapping was unlawfully admitted.
