Minneapolis police say Mrs. Walter Liggett positively identified Isadore Blumenfeld known as Kid Cann from seven men at a show-up in the city jail. Blumenfeld claimed innocence saying he was in a downtown barber shop at the time of the 5:40 p.m. Monday murder of publisher Walter Liggett. The show-up was held under strict secrecy with Mrs. Liggett and witnesses escorted in and out.
