Chemical Plant Blaze Claims Life of Fireman at New Orleans Plant
A large blaze at the American Solvents and Chemical plant in New Orleans killed Lt. Manuel Vinet, 42, a city fireman, from a fractured skull after a can of alcohol exploded and struck him.
