Eph Reidheimer Jr. and Wanda Abbot, a 28 year old man and a 17 year old woman from Alexandria, were hospitalized with serious injuries after their car overturned on the Shreveport highway near Natchitoches. Reidheimer suffered a brain concussion while Abbot received a pelvis fracture. Abbot drove and said the crash occurred when Reidheimer grabbed the wheel to avoid a passing vehicle.
