Authorities seized two and a half gallons of whisky, 140 bottles of beer, 21 gallons of brewing beer, plus three cases of empty bottles. Whisky was in the yard behind the house and beer inside with fermenting crocks. Lowery had emptied whisky into a beer crock to destroy evidence. Lowery previously faced hijacking charges and was acquitted last spring.
