Notice on Firearms Registration for War Souvenirs
Joe B. Everett, U S agent in charge of enforcement, reminded veterans who brought firearms from abroad as war souvenirs to register the weapons at his office in the 301 Post Office building. The national firearms act covers pistols revolvers and all guns and possession without registration is forbidden for civilians. A note added that over 1200 pages would be needed to list all chemical substances derivable from petroleum.
