Billy Rudolph Allen a five year old boy fell from the ferry at Crockett's Point near Crowville around 5 p m and drowned. McQuillan attempted a rescue but was unable to swim. The child is the son of Mr and Mrs George Allen Jr of Crowville and is survived by two sisters and a brother. The Monroe American Legion life saving truck went to the scene but the body had not been recovered.
