Reception Highlights P T A Delegates Event In Northeast Center
A grand reception in the Northeast Center drawing room welcomed six hundred P T A delegates attending the Louisiana State convention. Mrs P A Blanchard led the line with other dignitaries as flowers, ice fruit frappe, and a tea service impressed guests. A Noe Ark river outing followed, and social gatherings and garden club events dominated the week, with many members traveling to visit relatives and attend local clubs and college activities.
