Hobson Urges Loyalty Rally Against Anarchy and Redism
Capt Richmond Pearson Hobson urged Americans to unite against Bolshevism and alcohol fueled disorder in a Monroe address titled The Red Flag and the Black Flag. He warned of Reds within the gates and warned that prohibition enforcement must strengthen to defend the republic.
