Five dogs are under observation at the Erie pound after Phyllis Gottschalk a four year old girl was found dead near her home. An autopsy found death by shock and canine teeth were blamed for the injuries. Veterinarians will examine dogs stomach contents to determine guilt amid a local SPCA uproar and calls to destroy the guilty dog.
