Jackson Mississippi April 7. Sheriff E L Ray says no special grand jury will be called in Attala county over the murder of Mrs R B Thweatt by her husband now in Hinds county jail. Thweatt, over sixty, confessed to killing his sixth wife after she nagged him for money for his two schoolgoing daughters. He clubbed her with an axe handle, then left, returned to find her dead, and asked neighbors for help. Thweatt is a mild farmer who declines to speak.
