Registration opens for Northeast Center and Freshman Orientation as the new College Union Building completes a two year, $5 million construction. Regular registration runs Monday through Tuesday with special sessions Wednesday to Friday and classes begin Friday September 21.

The government said a 20 year old man died after admission to hospital Friday afternoon. Two other cholera patients, a 53 year old woman and a 36 year old man, are improving. Last year Hong Kong endured a cholera epidemic with 15 deaths.
