Funeral services for Thomias L. Burgess, brother of Mrs Annie Jammison of West Monroe, will be held at 2 pm at Archibald Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Broadway and Rev. Ray Howe officiating. Interment in Little Creek Cemetery conducted by Gay's Funeral Home. Burgess, a retired farmer, died Saturday in Monroe hospital after illness. Survivors include daughters Java Naughters, Paine Walters, Willie Grace Sellers. sons Woss Burgess and Tom Burgess. sisters Bertha Walters Elizabeth Davis Ida Mae Riche. brother W Burgess. and grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pallbearers named.
