Ruston Alumni Press for Lower Out-of-State Tuition
Louisiana Tech alumni meeting in Ruston urged the State Board of Education to cut out-of-state fees to 150 per semester and restore scholarships for non residents. The group also backed band improvements and survey recommendations to coordinate the Tech and ROTC bands plus expand band scholarships and touring.
