Highland Heights Chief Sued Over Alleged Assault
In Cleveland on June 17, Fay Dalrymple the suspended Highland Heights police chief was named defendant in a $20 000 damage suit filed by Frank E Strumbly Sr a local building contractor. Dalrymple denies assault saying he may have brushed past Strumbly while leaving a crowded village hall after a hearing.
