Eagle Badge Presentation Highlights Scout Night
A Boy Scout Court of Honor at Central Grammar School drew 200 Scouts and visitors. Roland Carter of Troop 13 received the Eagle badge, presented by J. W. Webster with parents in attendance. Troop 28 won the attendance award. detailed award list follows, including Life and Merit Badges. Samuel Eugene Wilder Jr. of Monroe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Wilder, earned a BA and will train in Chicago before joining Nolan J. Vintor's Insurance staff in Lafayette.
