Mental patients held for return to Louisiana hospital
Two escaped mental patients were apprehended by the Monroe police Friday and are in Parish jail awaiting return to the Louisiana Central Hospital in Pineville. Paul Kirkpatrick, 23, and Joseph Brennan, 19, were picked up at 107 Georgia St at 10 55 am. Their addresses were Pineville. Both had escaped from the Central Louisiana Hospital there.
