Three Arkansas Train Wrecks Hurt Worker In One Day
A railroad employee was seriously injured as three unrelated Arkansas train wrecks caused thousands of dollars in damage. At Greenland northwest of the state, 15 Frisco freight cars plunged into a stream after derailing from a bridge. Near Ogden in the southwest, 23 Kansas City Southern cars derailed while heading toward Texarkana. In El Dorado, T. G. French was pinned between two derailed box cars at a siding, suffering serious head and shoulder injuries. Details were not yet known.
