Minden lawyer O Holland to deliver the fifty third annual commencement address at Natchitoches state normal college on May 25. Governor Richard W Lache to dedicate the new library and confer diplomas as the 1936 37 graduates join the alumni association. A reception dance follows and the program includes honoring graduates and alumni.
