West Monroe voters will go to the polls Tuesday to select a Democratic mayoral nominee and a five member city council. Polls open 6 am to 7 pm from a 2,683 voter list with four mayoral candidates and fifteen alderman hopefuls, including incumbents Golson Kennedy and Hawkins.
