Monroe school bids out for south side elementary project
The Monroe School district opened bids Thursday for earth moving concrete and structural steel work for a new south side elementary school. Olson bound over on homicide charge in Monroe crash
Olson 48 of Monroe bound over to Circuit Court after a three hour preliminary hearing on homicide by an intoxicated user of a vehicle. He faces Sept 28 Circuit Court proceedings before Judge Luebke. The June 16 crash killed two teen girls Cheryl Dalen and Debra Golackson and injured two others. Olson’s blood alcohol was .136 versus Timms .027. Evidence showed Olson drove west on Richland Town Rd as Timm drove north on Haddinger Rd. He faces up to five years in prison and a $2,500 fine.
