Algeria and Morocco signed a ceasefire outline amid border zone disputes. William George, 51, co owner of the Eau Claire Laundry Co., suffocated after steam leaked from a boiler in the basement of the plant. He went to the basement to blow out the boiler flues and drain the tank when he inhaled the steam and died.

Milwaukee window washer dies in eighth floor plunge

Lester Leiberg, 25, a window washer, fell from the eighth floor of the Astor hotel in Milwaukee after a rope and safety belt broke. He landed on the hotel's two story garage roof and was killed.
