Beloit teen killed in motorcycle crash noted in toll rise
The 1971 Wisconsin highway fatality toll reached 891 with two Beloit area deaths this week. Paul Schockley, 16, Beloit, died after his motorcycle collided with a car at a Beloit intersection. Clarence Chatsey, 75, Rockton Illinois, died when his car left a town road west of Beloit and went into a ditch on Friday.
