Michael Hintz three, son of Mr and Mrs Harold Hintz, was critically injured Saturday when struck by a car while crossing a Warren street. He was unconscious with a skull fracture and received surgery at St Francis hospital Freeport after treatment by a local physician. Milwaukee Colonel Westfahl Dies at 84 Veteran Leader in Parades
Col. Phillip C. Westfahl of Milwaukee, longtime Milwaukee County register of deeds for 12 terms, died Sunday after a long illness from diabetes. He led patriotic parades on horseback for many years, rode in a car after leg amputations since 1954, and served as past president of the National Association of the 32nd Division Veterans and past state commander of the Army Navy Union.
