Robert F. Richards Industrial Relations Manager for Advance Transformer Co Monroe has been named chairman of the corporate gift phase of the 1971 United Fund campaign. He has served on the budget committee and is active in Toastmasters and local groups. Richards holds a BS in Business Administration from Marquette and was valedictorian at Gresham High School. He joined Advance Transformer in 1967 after working in industrial relations for Kelsey-Hayes Davenport and a GM inspection foreman in Janesville. He is married with four children.
