A former music director and teacher she served as past Worthy Grand Matron of Wisconsin OES and was active in St Johns United Church of Christ and National Chorister Guild. Born in Stanley she trained at Eau Claire UW Northwestern Westminster Choir College and taught in Black River Falls Delavan and Monroe. She married Bruce M Blum in 1934 and was a longtime Monroe resident and educator.
