Presentation date set for church museum in Monroe

Robert Sheridan, a 39 year old deep sea diver, recovered memories of his past after a twenty year amnesia begun when he was beaten near Craig Cole during World War II. His search involved the Navy FBI Red Cross and others, leading to reunion with his mother and relocation to Florida.

The 112th Green County Fair will run July 27 to 31, 1966 under re elected President O L Hare and Vice President Fred T Burgy. Alfred Henning is secretary and Lyle Rodger treasurer with Ernest W Hayes and David Cunningham re elected directors. Hold overs include L E Kirsch and Russell Carter with plans to contract carnival shows at Outdoor Amusement Exposition in Chicago for next year. A possible new Floral Hall 112 by 96 feet could cost around 34000 dollars plus utilities and water. The fair's 1965 financials show income of 47306.80 and expenses of 42104.37, a profit over 5000 dollars.
