Two More Apprehended in Richland County Drug Case

The attorney general reports two more of 13 men named in warrants tied to a Richland County drug operation have been captured. Nine Wisconsin men were arrested on state narcotic conspiracy charges. Warrants seek four others. two were taken in Kansas and Missouri. A raid on a Richland Center farmhouse found a drug lab supplying Illinois Wisconsin and Kansas.

A federal judge in Washington invalidated a District of Columbia law banning abortions by doctors and urged a rapid appeal to the Supreme Court. If the high court upholds the ruling, century old abortion prohibitions could fall in many states.

Display and hearing set for Highway 81 relocation project
