Hicks of Elmira N Y are charged with first degree murder in Hartwig s death. Resnick was convicted last week of hiring a gunman to kill an Orlando man and sentenced to death. The government says Hartwig Walker and Resnick ran a marijuana smuggling ring. Hicks allegedly hired by Resnick to kill Hartwig.

Governor Luceys Chauffeur Fined For Speeding
