The federal funded short courses in vocational training for war production workers and in food production are ordered to end May 31. C. L. Greiber, director of the state board of vocational and adult education, announced. The programs began July 1940 and trained 141,606 workers in Wisconsin schools operating 24 hours daily. The food production program trained 52,450 others in food conservation and production, and in repair and maintenance of farm machinery.
