City council approves payments and set April 4 meeting
The Monroe Common Council endorsed numerous payments totaling 773 976.72 including payrolls, taxes, insurance, and utilities. A regular meeting is scheduled for April 4 due to election. poll workers will be reappointed for two years. A zoning hearing on the airplane parking ban was held and approved. A Poppy Day sales permit was granted for May 18, 1973.
