Beloit district attorney Kinast says Robert Olson 28 of Brodhead will be charged with negligent homicide after a three car crash Saturday afternoon that killed 28 year old Harry Robert Crooke of Beloit. Olson's vehicle rolled over after passing another westbound car and swerved into a third vehicle driven by Charles Kelly of Monroe. Kelly unharmed. Olson to be arraigned in Beloit Municipal Court Wednesday.
