GREEN BAY In fairly active trading at the Wisconsin Cheese Exchange today, price levels remained unchanged on cheddar styles and dropped one cent on equivalent Wisconsin State brand block Swiss. At close, one bid for one car State brand pasteurized Swiss was unfilled with offers for several long block Swiss varieties and paraffined longhorns, and no sales were recorded.

Wisconsin college leaders in La Crosse backed a proposal to create small local colleges serving communities lacking higher education facilities. Angus Rothwell outlined a plan for a separate regents board, 400 minimum enrollment, broad programs, and low or no tuition. Heart Fund Total Reaches 3174.86 in Monroe Campaign

Mrs. Leo Share, treasurer for the 1964 Heart Fund drive in Monroe, announced a final record total of 3174.86 collected, exceeding the $2463 quota by over 700. The Monroe Exchange plans a Wisconsin landscape painting presentation to Greenville Alabama students after arriving in April. Artist Parnell E.
